I recently fitted a Leo vince tt exhaust and a 68 jet on my 13 plate aerox now when I ride it it will accelerate fine from a standstill but if I let the throttle off while riding then apply the throttle the power won't be there for a few seconds then it will kick in does anyone know what the problem could be

did you replace your roller weights.

roll on roll off , you tend to find when you roll off the throttle then roll back on the throttle the variator weights are a little to heavy and the rear pully fails to squeeze in allowing for the ratio gearing to drop to the lower ratio. the variator is still open because of the weights.

you could find lowering your roller weights by a gram and adding a stronger contrast spring will allow that variator to close faster and the contrast spring adding a little extra force to close that rear pully and bringing bike into the lower ratio quicker when your rolling on and off the throttle
