hi. i bought a mid-price big-bore kit for my 2004 yp 125 as being 20 stones its like riding two up. first problem was clicking when running but that was solved by making my own thick gaskets to allow required extra room/travel of piston. 1 ive put a k and n style air filter on but need know what jet size carb should be. at present it ticks over but unless i have it revving high on tick over it stalls from standstill. 2 speedo drive/sensor doesnt work. will one from a 250 be useable as they are more plentiful and cheaper? 3 wanted: battery cover. or numbers for decent scooter breakers. im between liverpool and manchester and cant find one up here. 4 wanted: topbox carrier, the one i bought from ebay stated was for mine but wasnt
Put the std airbox back on, check the std jet then get a a selection box of jets bigger and try everyone starting with biggest .
