Hey Guys as you regulars may know i own a 70cc A/C zip and all i have had is trouble and cost alot of money so decided fuck it going to convert back to 50cc and run 21mm carb with pipe n polini variator and tidy the bike up, Things to do; spray engine aluminium, convert back to 50cc, set carb up, clean frame and little bits, sort couple electrical problems out and kickstart casing out as sticking. heres some pic below of it now and will get some of progress up next week. Just to let you all know im sick of seeing the colour red everywhere i look i see red and bored of it so also going to do spray paint job when converted back to 50 and fucked about with engine plans are to spray all panels black and then forks, engine, wheels going green. 70s is fucked massive score in barrel n piston gots big chunk out of it so putting 50s on for now as got another ped of uncle with 70s ect so one standard one tuned
21mm carb on 50cc might be a bit big no?... Get a new 70cc?... hard to enjoy a 50cc after using a 70 ...
get a 17,5 to run on the 50cc...no point of feeding a fat man more food... also you will get so bored of it when it comes back to 50cc... i want to suicide now its so slow
going from 70 to 50 will be bad but then changing 21mm to 17.5 will be even worse as end of day i will need to go buy a 17.5mm wen 21mm will give more power
