Id ask them to show you in detail the problem before deciding wether to have the repair done or not. 9/10 I can tell wether they are BSing or not but Ive never had this issue really as Im very friendly with my MOT tester and he knows not to muck me about

takes all of 5 mins to doIts real simple once you know how. Takes less than five minutes and no, tyre stays on.
