Help with set up for Top Performance Due Plus

    My set up on my Yamaha Aerox is not powerful as it sout be.The cases are ported to the limit and polished.It runs bad and a lot of bogging can't get speed.
    Cylinder Top performance Due Plus tuned for 20+BHP.
    Exhaust Lazer X Pro
    Carb Delorto 21mm with 0.80 main jet.
    Variator Polini Speedcontrol 4.5g weights
    Cluch Polini for race 3
    Crank Rito

    Sounds like it needs a good service. What colour's the spark plug.

    Could the ignition curve be stopping it?

    Still running the stock CDI?
    Also if the plug is black it's too rich.

    Yes i run on stock CDI.
    The filter is not branded but its a good filter.

    Foam filter I guess?
    I would be looking at the carb jetting.
