everyone told me they were reliable until i bought 1 then everyone i know who has one says thery ere crap but i was stipid to beleive that french would be reliable

I could see myself pushing a speedfight home 1 day!, Reckon most of the guys on here have issues with them cause they probaly bought one off someone who'd caned the nuts off them previously, bearing that in mind,i'd be interested in the long term of getting a banger/hoofing it home with it an turning it into something that be working o.k.,provided of course I was otr comfortably so's not to have any stress over the issue. .
annoying thing with mine was i got a mint condition 1 with 5000kms on the clock,standrd exhaust and had been owned from new buy the bloke i bought it off who got it when he was 29 so mine wasnt thrashed or abused and it was still a pain in the arse
That's just life though,isn'nt it - you could buy one and it could end up being a complete f.....g nightmare!, Yet,you could have bought another not even too far away,an could end up being an absolute joy and be passed on in someway in the future to be enjoyed by someone else, It doed amaze me to this day how some people give up so easily after one experience or not getting into the habit of basically laying things out on the table and saying to themselves....right this is what I got to work with here/what's the issue!. .

and that's why its probably almost dead lol, why not get a cheap Chinese geared bike and rag that around while rebuilding the rxs ? that way you wont really care about if you kill the bike and it wont cost you a lot to repair seeing as most pitbike engines will go into chink bikes just a thought, found a rxs local to me for £300 might go take a peek tbf
