Hello. Is my sparkplug in a "good" color? Judging by the picyure is the carb regulation good? The scoot runs ok, but i'm worried maybe it is too lean?
Doesn't look too bad. Give it a good scrub with a wire brush, and make sure the electrode arm is adjusted to the correct gap.
