    Hi all. Im confused aha.
My bike runs perfect on start up, Tickover, Revving ect and starts first time every time.
The problem is when i rev it and try pull off it doesnt go anywhere. Just revvs high and does nothing.
Could it be stuck clutch or anything in that general area ?
The belt/ rollers are fine and its not the choke as it worked better without it (blocked it off)
All help, pointers ect is appreciated.

Yeah either clutch shoes worn, clutch bell worn or your clutch is not opening up.
Take it off and have a gander.
If you dont see any wear on the clutch shoes, take the 3 little springs off and feel how easy it is to open and close the clutch shoes.
Check for oil too. It can happen...
(Yeah ive chased the problem before to find its oil from the crank seal!)

Okay thank you again scuba. Its confusing as it was fine before. Is the clutch bell ment to stay stationary when on tickover ? Because mine spins the same speed as the variator does now and it doesnt stop when trying to grab it lol
Either way ill take off and strip it soon and let you know of the results.

Yeah, it should be stationary. If its moving and the wheel isnt, then something is seriously wrong.

Thats what i thought. Having abit of trouble removing the flywheel nut at the minute but i will get there. I know my engine is the morini but do you think i could salvage any clutch parts of my piaggio engine clutch ? As i know that works perfect.

Yes i understand. Theres only so much you can do and share ect on a forum and life can be hectic most times. I have just been reading all the topics the last few weeks so i can be more helpful for other members in need of help.
