Should i upgrade to 90cc

Hello i have hamachi intraxx 4T with standard 70cc or 80cc i dont know for sure but its not 50 they said that when i bought it.

Its a chinese scooter, so im thinking to upgrade to 90cc from Gy6

I changed clutch,malossi rolls, malossi kevlar belt and it goes to 80km/h but very slowly

so if i upgrade to 90cc will it get a difference like to 90km/h or it's not worth it

It costs a lot to tune a 4 stroke, for little gain really.
It can be done but.....................
