It's well worth doing a decent spray job first time round though =)

yeah was just looking at it before, already it has chips in the paint lol, dunno how its been sat there for a few months.
think i might be getting the new water pump ect today, theres a bikeshop up by me but i didnt wanna use them cos i remembered last time they couldnt get me sr bits because they didnt deal in aprilia........................BUT I GOT A GILERA! :rofl: "dumbass" just on my way over there now to see if they got what i need in stock
just got back from the scooter shop, £15!!! i was well shocked so ordered it, gotta pick it up tomoro 10:30

got the water pump, fella said he wont be getting his next bigorder in till after crimbo so il leave the berings and gasket set till then, im not really in a rush to get cold anyway lol

got rid of the runner, but started thinking of what bike to get next so i got one

the engine had been took off so i pulled it in my kitchen and started getting to work on stripping it, had trouble getting the flywheel of so asked wobbly for advise, usless
got it off anyway in the end.
cranck looks good, bearings look feel and sound good so all im going to do is change the water pump, fit a gasket set and run it for a while then fit a new piston and rings
would it be worth doign all bearings and seals as ur splitting the engien so rahter do it once then twice wouldnt you

not gonna bother, they look good to me, if they looked bad in anyway i would replace them, like i said i would with the cranck, but the cranck has no wears or scores on it so im leaving it
the bikes a pile of shit, so dont really care, just wanna have aplay on it for a few days
