funny thing is...thats one of the roughest spray jobs ive ever seen...but it does look a lot better than before :)

the perfect ped for a bit of wheelie practice
Sw1fT#24
exactly, bin it and the pans dont even matter

but its got very little resale value haha, unless you got a mate who likes binning wheelies
Burns#25
the bike is going to be kept off road, just use it for weekend fun, thats why i didnt take much care into painting it because there going to get scratched again anyway and the panels are broke

i think its better than it was before though :punk: just need my pump done then a few extras for the engine
piaggiozipkid50#26
looks ok but that tranny casing looks shit mate and the wheels the rest looks good
Sw1fT#27
well a water pump is an engine rebuild in itself, so your gonna be looking at a fair bit of work.
dell boi#28
runner

u done good how mutch u spent ova all on da bike
Burns#29
pay'd £50 for the bike and £6 for paint :w00t: been talking to my mate about a wheelie bar and hes going to see if the lad who done his will make me one

gonna book the bike in at the local gilera shop to have the engine done for around crimbo time
Haresign#30
You've made a nice job of that trolley, looking sweet!

jk, bike looks amazing. could have taken away the trolley before takin a pic, looks like ur down a back alley somewhere =p.
Made a nice job of the ped though.

Wish I had gone for matt black, gloss colours show up any pumps or ripples. takes ages to get a gloss ped too look mint.

Also, have you repaired the panels on the inside using fibreglass or anything or just filled the outside?
Burns#31
i didnt repair the panels lol, all the little scratches where on the stickers and abit off the laquer so a quick steam and off with the stickers and a light sand

while i was steaming one of the panels all the paint pealed off with it haha il post a pic later

Looks like someone was sick on the side of it?

The pirelli tyres are worth about £30 each. It was a good buy!
Burns#34
thats not sick no lol, its when the previous owner tryed to fibreglass the panel, its all inside the panel too but came away in one big chunck lol

got the variator/oil pump off it and the head, waiting for the repair kit and a new set of gaskets for it, i dont need the little belt its not broken but there is traces of a broken belt its all over the place
kyle1b1#35
just get the little belt it is the oil pump belt. for the sake of a couple of quid it aint worth risking it.
Major Rel14b1lty#36
i like what youve done there big improvement mate im sanding down the rest of my pannels and priming spraying lacuring.

Looks so much better well done. Would have sanded the tranny case down a lot before spraying it thought. If you havent it will peel like fuck
dell boi#37
YEA U DONE A SIK JOB HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU..
Burns#38
took me a few hours to sand the panels and steam them then about 2 hours to get them all painted

is there ment to be two small belts in there? im confussed with it because theres a hole then next to it is like a cog lol :S

i agree the tranny case is minging Lol that can be sanded and re-painted when the engine is rebuilt, before it gets built im getting a de-restricted inlet for it and all new fuel pipes ect and rewireing the engine + fitting a fan and a new race pipe will be fitted too. not realy wanting to get it done till after crimbo but things are just turning up on my door step so might aswell do it
Nrg-Sam#39
ill swap you an nrg that needs engine attention, but 52 plate, typh wheels pretty tidy looking?
Burns#40
im in desperate need of a water pump :( and the belts, i forgot about the bike and the lad who could get me the bits (loosing memory due to old age)

might even just buy a engine for it if i can find one cheap enuff :), tomoro il get my shed cleared out and start stripping the bike i think (if i remember)

anyone put me in the right direction for cheap parts? need somthink like ebay, cant use these german sites ect as i dont have a credit card  plenty of cash though ;)
