right................

time to kickstart this project again.

just had my insurance on the phone they have got my cheque from the other insurance so...........

plans are:
new style hornpanel
grey mudguard
set of new boots (pilot sports)
new rollers
new belt
all the panels that i currently need. going to leave them basic grey colour

i am thinking of getting a 25mm carb but havent decided yet

watch this space :pimp:

ordered all my broken panels today.

i asked about a mudguard and a horn cover but they wanted far too much so im just going to look on ebay.

got my pilot sport tyres and my engine mount kit as well

hopefully i can get my crank sorted as its got a problem with the variator being put on too tight

hang on, your bike dont actually look bad pannel wise so fuck pans an get the 25 you been wanting for AGES...
monty9120#51
the middle ones. the petrol flap one etc

my petrol flap is held on by masking tape and putting petrol is an ordeal as i have to undo it then the flap falls out etc

:w00t: hopefully my garage can sort this pulley thing and put everything in the right place so i have proper performance
MiNoR cOnFuSiOn#52
well, getting it off is the easy part. parsuasion weight no 4 (big hammer in simple terms) file the teeth till the pulley goes on.

how is it easy to get it off. i dont have an impact gun either which doesnt help

pilot sports fitted today and the bike feels very weird at the mo :w00t:

break the pully off.. its scrap metal anyway. then when you prise the bits out the nut will be loose.
monty9120#56
when are you free minor to do this i dont really want to tackle this myself

cheers
gazell#57
i thought u was sellin it to get a geared bike dude
monty9120#58
not enough cash

i want something like a proper motorbike but i dont see the point in having a 33bhp one

in 2 years i will hopefully buy something like a bandit 600 or similar

for now, for work and college the runner is fine :pimp:

gotta say thats the 3rd biggest box i've ever seen on a scooter, the biggest one was when i brought my SR wheels, shock, clocks, front pannel, engine cases, crank, barrel, piston kit, and forks home on the back of my area51.
