pussy come on !!!

that the whole point of a project to fix something thats fucked and when its all done be proud of what you have accomplished :w00t:

so you opened the cases, replaced the waterpump kit, closed the cases and now the crank wont move?

i see where the problem is straight away.

get new main bearings if nothing else.

and also learn to clean fucking engines, look at the state of that! shouldnt be working on crank/internals with any dirt around, let alone that much.

didnt put it in right... try nocking gentally on ether end of the crank with nuts wound flat... should free it up but i doubt it.. try learning befor trying. alot cheaper

I has a similar problem with my NRG when I fitted my Malossi crank, I gave it a light tap as Minor suggested as mine was fine.

Oh and before I forget just a quick question while we're on the topis of Sr's I have just finished fitting a Polini 70cc Kit to my 2001 Aprilia SR LC, the one with the Aprilia engine not the minarelli or piaggio. Its currently fitted with the standard Mikuni carb and would ideally like to replace it with a Dellorto 17.5mm but the manifold has to be bolted to the carb, are there any alternative manifold I tried looking for a Minarelly style one as mine has the same mounting pattern however they face forwards not to the rear. Can anyone help?

topic may be back........ ;)

how much work would be involed in putting a piaggio 125 engine on? engine mount is at the bottom, same as runners ect because i was fitting a runner 50 engine on, mount on the frame was abit wider tho so surley the piaggio 125 engine mount is wider than the 50 engine, could be a straight fit?

anyone got any ideas for me? thanks
Burns#30
lad who had that sr frame is swappin it for a engine, not to worry i found a cheap sr125 frame lastnight when i was looking into the conversion so this will be easyier with the 125 frame, just gotta wait till wednesday now for money :pimp:
