What should I buy?

Hi All, my son Louis who is 10 has some Christmas money to spend £150. What would you recommend him to buy? Thanks chris.

I would suggest a few things but for that sort of money you'd have to dig and dig the internet to get something safe, secure for your son. Go get him 50cc mini moto, pull and go minis, super mini motos. If you have no budget I would of said go get him a KX85

let him choose, we as adult always tend to have the last say to the younger members of family , we can and do make some bad choices with gifts or idea pushing into the younger minds.

pop some in an account for him, then pop him in the car or bus, head upto the town/city and say " we have x amount to spend on what you decide its all your choice "

trust me that single day will stay with him as a memory for a long time , the day he first had hold of the reins and was unleashed to choose what he wanted.

i will be honest, a small 50cc moped - pitbike - quad bike, these are only going to be cheap, and the usual parts to break are the pullstarter , the rear/front brakes ( cable/calipers) , they are very low on power more inline for a little 4-6yr old and you will spend a small fortune bringing it upto a spec your happy with and a some what boost in speed the son will want being 10yr old. he has 6yrs before he hits that magical 16yr old, thats the time you as a parent can get him his licence and on the road with a little road legal scooter and give him freedom to go where he likes and when.
