Speedfight Engine swap 100

What engines (if any) will fit the 100?

got a seized engine, was just going to put a big bore kit on, once i've stripped the engine ect, or replace it with a 125 engine.

Anyone know of any engine swaps?
What 125cc or bigger engines would fit?
Would a speedfight 3 or 4 engine fit?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

 

It's not advisable (don't know about sf3/4 though). I had a sf2 100 for a bit and it was a good laugh, but she kept breaking down in the rain so one of us had to go - it was me or her. It'd be easier swapping for same engine if you can find one & fitting the big bore kit, or stripping and fixing the existing lump. Check out this thread.

Reminds me of the Hoff vehicle from Knight Rider. That was a truly awesome car, or so I thought when I was a kid.

Check out this Honda then. How cool is this! I don't think they make it anymore. It had cvt transmission apparently. Don't think they were a huge sales hit cos I've never seen one.

 

It's the V8 interceptor from Mad Max. A ford XB falcon to be exact. MFP is the fictional police force in it. My bike is a tribute to the other police cars from it.

 

And Kitt was a trans am. Not too different from my Camaro actually....

I liked the look of it, but lack of storage capacity, lack of power did it for me
Needed a bigger engine, certainly a 1200cc jobbie, probably could have overtook the ST1100 if givi had made luggage for it as well
