My bike won't go past 15mph and keeps making a shooting noise and can't get full revs out of it, I have cleaned the carb, new piston and head, spark plugs and drive belt, I have just ordered a new air box and filter cause mine has a little tear where it goes over the carb but I don't have a clue what the problem could be with it not going past 15mph and the noise it's making, any suggestions what it could be?
