hi i have brought a zip 2001 with 21mm carb polini variator and stage6 exghaust it has a size 90 jet in and it only does around 50 how can i make it faster ??

For about £1600 there tuning shops that could make it do 70-80 ish mph, and you only have to rebuild it every other week!

not worth it really thinking about putting a typhoon engine in the zip how much do you think that would cost?
Be happy with it. It aint gonna be long before you are 17 and then you could upgrade to a 125. Or pass your test and go to a vxr180/200 etc. All you need at the moment is something reliable to buzz around on with your mates. Trust me, old age doesn't creep up on you; it runs past and kicks you up the arse yelling 'Hey bald git, look what you have missed all these years'!!!!

As said above and the typhoon 50 engine is no faster than the zip!!
