Check the read/white and pink wires to the pump. The oil pump is not getting a signal from the CDI unit. I have the same unit on my bike. The CDI is supposed to monitor the pulse from the ignition sensor and pulse the oil pump according to the engine revs. While you are trouble shooting I would run the bike on 4% 2T oil premixed into the petrol to avoid the bike seizing up.

Also, check your battery voltage and rectified voltage. I mentioned in the other thread that the rectified voltage from the generator goes through a diode in the clocks and the back voltage is what makes the oil warning light go out when the engine is running. Check the voltage output of the rectifier as that may have gone faulty.

I will have a look at the rectifier voltages
I have now realised that it is also fitted with immobiliser delete ecu

Mine doesn't have the immobiliser ECU either. The one on mine looks more like a pit bike ECU.

Thanks for your help but I give up on it
    Runs fine on pre mix
So the bike can go for sale
