Thanks for the reply mate jus wondering what paint you used on your engine to get that glossy black look i used halfords vht spray 2day and it come out crap so need something diff ?marcus :)

I used U-POL gloss black paint and gave it 2 coats of UPOL laquer, the laquer makes a big difference as when the paint drys it goes sort of matte but the laquer makes it look glossy again cheers jack

Is u-pol paint made for high temperatures and how many cans did u use ??

No I don't think it's high temp but it's lasted on other bikes ive done, I only used 1 tin of primer, black, and laquer but didn't even finish them thanks jack
