I tried with smaller than the stock jet, but it went too lean in the high revs. I saw you mentioned you had some jetting problems. How did you fix them ? What jets did you finally put and what sparkplug are you using ? It would be very helpfull if you share with me how did you manage to adjust the enngine to work well :)
Hey mate i wanted to ask you about the aerox with the sport pro cylinder. I have a similar setup with the cilynder - same inlet tract and same carb, ony made by Motoforce, not Stage 6. The problem is that I cant adjust the carb - the mixture seems to be always too rich and the spark plug is black and oily.

I used U-POL gloss black paint and gave it 2 coats of UPOL laquer, the laquer makes a big difference as when the paint drys it goes sort of matte but the laquer makes it look glossy again cheers jack
No I don't think it's high temp but it's lasted on other bikes ive done, I only used 1 tin of primer, black, and laquer but didn't even finish them thanks jack
