They don't need 3 hrs to diagnose that. One look down the spark plug hole will speak volumes. 3 hrs they could have the engine out and stripped on...
Get yourself an Optimate 4. The lead can stick out the side of a panel for all time and no worries with it.
Nearly all the exhausts have a restriction cone in the mouth of the pipe, easy enough to grind the little spot weld out and remove it

The Naraku kit isn't much better than stock to be honest. Make sure the carb is clean, jetted to the kit and pipe.
Wiggle the key in the ignition barrel, see if it recreates the problem. I've had that on a few bikes in recent times.

Is it run in properly? Or fresh built and you're expecting a rocket sled straight away?
You're actually better off with the 2T 50cc Neos over the 2T 100cc Neos. Strangely enough, the same thing applies to the Aerox's and Speedfights;...
I've got a couple of older (now) customers that still have they're SP125's. Another that has my old VX125, and another that has two VXR200's.
You'd never find a replacement jet 'set' for that I think.........I may be wrong......... Search the carb number and make, then look on somewhere...
It could be the rollers are too heavy as a starting point. BUT, a 2006 model with that few miles on it, shouldn't be a problem apart from parts...
