New to the forum, brought my zip wednesday and been hard at work since. First thing i did was strip the ped back to the frame gave it a clean up fitted a new starter motor and a new center stand.

This is how the bike come ( after i sprayed the front lights, put an ice bracket on and took all the chavy malossi stickers off ).

Personaly i thought the lights being black made a big difference to the look of the bike so did the back indicators, spoiler and the bit of plastic which sits on top of the mastercylinder and the PM end can.

When i got the bike the pannels wernt in best condition so decided to repair and respray.

while waiting for the pannels to dry i got busy with a wire brush and got the engine looking nice and fresh. Tomorow the engine casing will be chromed and the ice bracket and the pans will be put back on.

    Update tomorow some time :)

He doesn't do polishing actually. Just sends it off to a polishers. Much easier to find somewhere local.

Annnnnd back on topic... The SP is stock but it looks like it's just been painted over.

It could do with a black foot panel and a different exhaust but nice apart from that.

Not to botherd about doing things to the engine atm want some decent forks and wheels and then putting a 125 engine in it.

Theres nothing wrong with putting a 125 engine in it? if its done properly it will be fine, its not killing it atall.
