andy sounds like a bellend

 

andy is a nice guy he really is, he may have just been having a bad day. but i felt like he was tacking it out on my because post office fuk'ed up. i still use them and all way's will they sell the right stuff that ppl want.

I've only had one problem with them, that was one of my panels had snapped in transit, I send it back perfectly wrapped, they recieved it smashed up, and on the phone they said none of it was my fault, one of them commented on a thread on here trying to say it was my fault, we resolved it, they sent me a new one out even tho they wasn't supposed to until Royal Mail compensated, I've used them a lot since I had my bike and will continue to do so
Always recieved sweets and stickers haha

 

I've not had a problem with them as Ive said what im having bother with is probably a manufacturing fault! been emailing andy and he seems spot on said it will dealt with quickly etc!

 

yay pedparts. i just ordered a part i need and i paid for royal mail as it would be delivered saturday but that set it with interlinkexpress so tuesday.....

i never got a dvd when i orderd from then :'(

 

the dvds will have been end of stock, just to get rid. and i think they only throw them in with big orders

ive had sweets (well the little un got to them before me most times)

 

Sounds like the sort of thing i would do, i’ve had the NRG less than a month and already ive spent £500 in bits from pedparts alone.

Btw i only got a lolly, no dvd
