    it still sparks after it cuts out so going get them jets and have a mess with in next week

    if, and I say if, its over fuelling, you need a smaller jet.................. the jet controls the fuel, not the air. Larger jet equals more fuel.


    There is an air screw that controls the air/mixture, on the side of the carb.

    its got no jet in at all and new yets are 5mm and i need 6mm so got to get some

    if your trying to run the engine with no jet at all...then thats why its over fueling and cutting out....

    i tryed it with the old jet and it would not start so took it out to see if it will run and now i no its over fuleing i no my prob is the old yets to small

    got new jets put in and now running fine thanks every one :)

    it has bin running but now will not run with air filter and when it dose run it runs at full revs it spluts at bottom revs it i put air filter on it just dies anyone help me ???

    if it runs ok without the airbox, but runs crap once youve fitted the air box,
    then it needs rejetting to suit the air box :)

    could be the choke stuck on.
