yamaha cygnus 155 lean or ritch

About 2 years ago installed a naraku 155 cc kit on my cynus. A month ago i had to open it coz the head gasket leaked... was waiting for this to happen because at the time i did´nt tight the head with a torque wrench. this time did with the torque wrench and also installed a camshaft. all the rest is original. Just changes the filter from paper to sponge . not conical ,it has original air box. What happens despite the scooter runing ok is that if i turn the fuel screw in all the way until it sits the engine revs up and it even has kind of a hanging throttle if i turn it 2-1/2 turns out i have to give it a bit a throttle to start, only if hot . If it´s cold will start without any throttle . What the hell is going on?... do i need to downgrade the pilot and main jet or go up?
