    Upjet.
If its better when it's cold, that means it's better when it has more fuel.
    Upjet is more fuel.
    Try a 90 or even a 92

Even tho I’ve got the standard box mate yes when it’s cold manual chokebtw it’s pulls away perfect untill warm up
    Then it’s not good
If sometimes I slowly rev and or keep revs up she goes but splutters I’ll try 92 tomrrow and 90 I have to hand

Can’t upload a photo well I’ve put 3.6 g rollers in made it better but still can here that take off hesitation Stator made no difference Also I’m a little bit confused on your reply mate you told me to upjet if it was getting too much fuel once warmed up woundnt that cause it to splutter and going bigger would make it worse

Right then I’ve put the rollers in 3.5 g and it’s improved it a hell of a lot but it still got that kind of starter from takeoff I read understand why I haven’t updated as you said above but wouldn’t that make it worse up jetting I know you replied back to when I said about from cold I don’t even have to use my choke manual just started in cold weather

When it's colder it draws more fuel in and runs richer because it doesn't burn it all. Its thermal dynamics and complicated to explain

Morning buddy okey the. Well if I go out there and try 92 or 90 then it still does it then where do I go ? Yes from cold I normally let it warm up at least five min and not hammer it and it will pull away for sure with slight chokey sound once that’s come off I can pull away soon as temp gets to 40 on Speedo it’s back

And btw the way I found a thread on here and cannot find it user mr bizzle states same kit and set up as mine and his take off was arsehole same carb
Now I’ve noticed something he states........
His pilot jet was 27 that’s not the size that in mine
I’m sure it’s 37 this could well be why it’s doing it up to half of throttle
I’m trying to find the specs of mine online
    Can’t find it’s
    Delorto 17.5 carb manual choke
The main jet was 90 inside I can’t remeber exactly the pilot jet size I do recall putting the 90 back in and was the same
It’s crazy tho how the lighter rollers made it less splutter on take off but can’t go any lighter than 3.5g

    Right then

    My 17.5 carb
Has a 34 pilot jet I’ve spoke to Pedparts he sent me this link
    For pilot jet
    https://www.pedparts.co.uk/product/6307/idle-jets-phva-phbn

Now then the photo below shows another jet beside my main jet that I fort is pilot jet but it’s nithing to the link ablove as that looks like my choke I’m getting confuse reason why I want to know is that I think the pilot jet is to big along with the 85 main jet inside hints the splutter

    OK.
Biggest jet is the main, above that is your pilot jet.
The one on the left is the choke jet.

Pilot jet has the emulsion tube bit (it's long with holes along the side)
Choke jet is more like the main jet, just a sort of screw with a hole in it.

Wel I’m back again the problem is still there
92 main jet 1&half turns out so fast but sometimes takes off is shit . Snokal is removed
I’m not sure if I should try 95 or 100
    Main jet
I did try 86 today and seem much more responded on take off but didn’t seem
As quick mid range but less problem
    On take off confuse confuse
