Wont Start UP

mine has a small hole on the pipe coming from the carb but still runs just dies of power for a milosecond then comes back, already ordered a new pipe, just try looking over for any holes coming off the carb, thats where mine was

but what i amm thinking, the petrol reaches the carb because i drained it by the screw so petrol goes in but n start but if i use the starter fluid on the carb it starts first kick always. so summit is fucked up
