oh and when you say heat cycles you mean let it idle and warm up then switch off and cool down again a few times? cheers
i always let it warm up by ticking over the very first heat cycle second cycle a bit of revs on stand third cycle take a easy ride up and down your block fourth cycle ride round the estate then once thats out the way thrash until the wheels fall off
haha good progressive run in and ill over jet slightly so the cylinder is well oiled etc. cheers for all the help, ill put some vids up and pictures in the project section around friday/saturday
just one final question, to take the whole engine off the swing arm will i need a torque driver or is it just a hand wrench jobby ? because i dont have a torque driver and they are £30 quid to hire for a day from hss unless anyone wants to lend me one ? much appreciated Ed
dont have to ... but it might be a bit tight and you would want some locktight and use a breaker bar when tightening it up
