Hi, I am planning the following set-up for my Yanaha Slider, and was just wondering what colour clutch springs and contrast spring I would require. I would like a decent top-end without loosing too much torque. (I understand the best way to find out is to try different springs, however If someone could reccomend the best ones to start out with that would be great). My set-up is as follows: Polini Sport 70 21mm Carb Malossi torque drive Unlimeted CDI (cheap import) Thanks
your probably looking at the polini clutch springs , green or yellow and white or blue contrast spring should be fine mate.
i would go with quite stiff clutch springs (blue or red mslossi ones) as the polini sport 70 has lots of low end grunt/power.
Mine ran nicely with the yellow polini springs, but its trial and error innit, every engine will respond differently, just give it a shot mayte. unk:
