lol yer sorry about that was it fucking massivve??? it was showin finne to me haha somebody must have removed it now anyway lol i thought the forum would resize it automaticallyy?
wheelie is so easy once you have the nack to it. but its just getting it. it took me over 1month to finally get the jist of things properly.
my uncle told me he used to wheelie old scrammys back in the day through the gears on a local industrial estate until 1 day he snapped the throttle cable so he used his rear brake cable. Wheelied and had to ditch the bike wrote it off and nearly killed himself. Lesson learned...my uncle is a cunt ! ! ! On subject tried wheelies in tesco car park, got it high and shit myself
my mates cracked all the rear end of his aerox the other day attempting to wheelie. fucked the light etc
Lesson 1, if you take your 12oclock bar off. Don't go out the same night with new lenses thinking of touching your 12 bar. I totally forgot and mullered some more lenses lol.
I've started trying, can get it up some times not all the time but then i brick it and feel like i'm going to go over on my ass but i know full well the front of the bike is no where near high enough to go back. I do this at slow speeds i dont know what is easier? Trying to wheeling at fast(ish) speed or slow speed?
It's more of a skilled thing to wheelie slow. When doing wheelies at speed, providing you don't chop the throttle its VERY stable. Whilst moving around at walking pace the bike is much less stable. But on the plus side falling off at walking pace is funny as hell and don't hurt so much. Falling off at 65mph hurts like a bitch and makes your bike worth a lot less money lol
u dodgey fuck lol! ^^^ ive had a couple of goes of getting my rox up and i dont have nay trouble like popping it up i just dont think i lift it high enuff back when i try to wheelie. i think the major probelm is nerves and that i dont wanna fuck my scoot up. a lad i know who used to wheelie an aerox used to lean all the way back so his ped was nearly vertical in the air. which i dont think i can do. i allways wheely from like 10 mph and i can get t up but when it picks up a bit the power isnt as constant and the bike like drops, guess its just a case of practice?
we all start some where there was a point where i couldent wheelie then i learn to but no back brake then you get the nack soon i was doing 12 o clocks lol it took me bout about 2 months to get as good as i am now same for sralex there was a time when he couldent you all got just pratice, pratice, pratice
2 be honest if u are askin how 2 wheelie simple fact is dont wheelie u will hert yourself ,some peole can wheelie some people carnt ,u have 2 try ,pratice, it should come natrel then just practis u need blance ,and a goog rear brake get to the point and any bike will wheelie
soso usually i agree but on this 1 i think not, i could never really wheelie a peddle bike well i could but not with brake, and could never wheelie when i first rode my 50, but when someone explaiend to me i got the nack and look at me now, and i still cant wheelie a peddle bike. lol
lol the onli advice i got is then it kicks in yank the cunt up, then yank the brake that way u will know u aint gonna flip and bloody practise but yeah some have it some clearly dont. i just got told to do it and then i learnt hte rest myself so mate go do it simple as that
Anyone can wheelie a scootay! JJ's advice is pretty sound though, learn your rear brake right away, and the rest is balls and throttle control!
