today ive eaten -
bacon sandwich.
sausage sandwich.
two chocolate swiss rolls.
pack of pork scratchings.
a MASSIVE chocolate bar (dont tell my gf ginge)
and a huggge chicken (almost a whole chicken) with mash and peas and proper gravy to myself

 

Hope you didnt take a trip to Morrisons for your scratchings don't think the bike can take anymore
