    Diet?
I only need to think about losing weight and it's gone. :D 6ft tall and weigh all of 13 stone. Had to drill an extra hole in my belt coz I couldn't get it tight enough! And if you saw what i eat..........I take a 4 litre sandwich box to work and it's full every day, 4 sarnies, apple, orange, banana, cake, choccy biscuits, buttered scones, 3 bags crisps, plus of course the lorry drivers obligatory tub of jelly Haribo sweets. And then, ocassionally, i'll stop at Greggs for a couple of sausage rolls and a pastie.:p
And the best thing about it?..............just been the quaks and my cholesterol is bang in the middle of where it should be, my BMI is bang in the middle of where it should be, and my blood pressure is 116/72, bloody marvellous.:D

I did that then followed it up with a belly full of Brains SA to drown my sorrows with the result.

Yep I drive my friends nuts.

They keep going on every fad diet there is and the result is their weight yo-yos up a down because they get all food obsessed then give in and binge eat.

I just plan that one day a week, I'll eat anything I like, from fish & chips, a huge kebab, mega full English breakfast... or the whole lot if I want to washed down with cans of Monster.

Works every time, the rest of the week I keep away from the calories and the weight just drops off over time.

Had the same thing when I gave up smoking. Had a huge habit, quit for 8 months and was in a foul mood from the moment I got up to when I went to bed. Now if I want 1 or 2 in the evening I will. Some days I just forget about it totally. Never going back to smoking several packs a day, can't afford it, but don't feel like I've lost anything either.

It's all about not obsessing and not denying yourself things, just trying to be a bit sensible about it all as the age creeps on towards the big 50 lol.

There now after that essay back to bacon and egg butties :)
