ive actually been on a little bit of a diet. decided to have a bit of a change after I started to have the occasional chest pains + couldn't go up stairs without getting out of breath. at 19 was a bit scary.
breakfast consists of 2 weetabixs and one slice of toast with just a little butter. for lunch ive been having a ham sandwich and a bottle of water - nothing else. dinner - smaller portions of whatever my mother cooks. I have the occasional treat day. where ill eat maccys twice but ive lost a stone.

I still drink the odd can of monster while im driving about for work. it wasn't just the monster. ive actually been to my doctor and it was the combination of, having so much fatty + sugary food literally everyday, having very little exercise, basically, eating so much shit day in day out, yes it had a little to do with the monster drinks but it was a combination of everything.

After finding myself having bits of twitches in the chest area. I too am going on a diet and getting off 4 monsters a day.
Today I've had 3 weetabixs for brekkie. Not sure what I'll be having for dinner but a ham sarny sounds good

P.s. I've been on energy drinks for 3 years. But have worked at Mcdonalds for 11. Which is where my problem lies. Also over the last 8 months I've put on over a stone (on my gut) I'm blaming the stress of trying to buy my house

Determined to sort things out and drop atleast one trouser size by xmas
