not eaten yet today. sent my brother off to get me some food from hednesford on a scooter ive been doing for a local lad. gotta sort the chain on his bike out tommorrow. then he can go and get me even more food

dragged my mother out in the car to asda so she can push me in my little wheelchair so i could decide what i wanted for my dinner (having a cast on your leg is a great way of getting girls numbers btw) well anyway, in the end i got a whole chicken and some roast potatoes. thought of this thread halfway through my chicken the only thing that could make this any better would be being able to go for a ride. might have to put some foam under my leg on the scoot and give the backstreets a go, would have to cover my leg good though... then maybe a beer later. or 6.
You wanna try that last bit on a geared bike,mate- I lasted about 50 yds,in the end/ended up pushing a100 from the outskirts of london,into central- took from c10/morning to about midnight,with a full length on,literally wore a hole in my right ankle. .
not brave enough to ride geared with a cast on lol, i think if im carefull i could do it on the scooter and put just the one leg down but havent tried and not going to try yet.

You'll have to take it slow,cause it's mainly gonna be that you're balance is going to be affected,as you're body's in more of a set position /and you'll be seriously concentrating on that one part 'sted of having a comfortable relaxed riding style. .

didn't know where else to put this but pretty proud of myself. last june I weighed 22 and a half stone. I got weighed today and Im now 17 stone. despite how much I eat ive lost five and a half stone in less than a year. I knew I had lost some weight but never thought it was tat much. now im going all out on a diet and going gym etc when I can and im going to try to get down to 15 stone.
