What is the bolt for ?

Hi all quick question

Hopefully you can open and see the picture uploaded .
On a moped exagust there is what appears to be a bolt on the exagust pipe between the manifold and muffler .


What is it for ?

Missing a heat shield perhaps?

Look at the pipe from the exhaust on it is a bolt not the O2 sensor ..

Who mentioned an O2 sensor?
I said a heat shield, you know, the part that stops your foot getting burnt on the hot pipe, or a trim piece for instance that makes it look pretty.......

YOU mentioned an o2 sensor, which I never said anything about.
If you continue writing like the above reply you're going to find yourself very short on help from those of us who have been on here for years and in this trade for longer than you've had long trousers.
