Water Pump Leaking - Bleed/Overflow hole?

Sometimes the restrictor is built in. Do the variator halves comes completely together?

 

Sorry what do you mean by that?

 

Basically the two halves should complete close up when achieving top speed. The markings left from the belt on the variator face will ell you how far up the belt is going.

 

Oh right, to be honest I have never even checked! I'll have a look one day in the week. I've only got the bike for about another 4-6 weeks before I get rid of it so I don't really want to be buying anything new if that makes any sense

 

I would just like to add that Wemoto is supplying me with a new water pump completely for free! Awesome customer service. Usually you only have a 30 day warranty, but these are genuine people and understand that it should of lasted longer than that
