Vxr 200 thottle/carb problems

my runner vxr 200 was bogging so I decide to clean the carb and jets, I done this watching what o was doing and iv done carb clean before on over bikes/peds.. I replaced jets and so on and fitted carb back on, started up fairly good considering I'd drained carb but as soon as I went to thottle/Rev it cut out, restarted bike and kept doing it even with a faction of a turn I mean a nats dick and it cuts Straight out, not bogs or stutters just dead straight away, I dismantled the carb again to double check my work and anything was how it was meant to be, check for air leaks and couldn't find none.. Puzzled please help!!??
