Vibration at low speed - Honda SH300

I have recently bought a fifth-hand Honda SH300, first registered 2008, that has done about 25,000 miles. The bike runs fine, acceleration good, except at low speed (0 to 10 miles per hour), there is a fair amount of vibration felt in the whole bike. Above 15mph I feel only a slight “buzzing” from the bike. Is this vibration from pulling away normal for a scooter or could some bearing or belt in the CVT be starting to wear or something else needs replacing?

mine isnt far of that milage, but its a 2011 model, i had silimar issue but higher speed 50-60mph, it was the belt, was mssing quite a few teeth! my big bike is far more vibey!
