Cheers wobbly i think that might be it as i did set them myself (Or tried too)
Inlet and outlet to 0.05mm didnt crank the bike over while setting it too :emb: :wtf:
Il get my brother to set them on sunday, he rebuilds 2T motors for a living.

Will having them too tight explain the bogging ?

ok, i would set them to 0.2 mm to start with (when both valves are fully closed on compression stroke) this is slightly sloppy but they do tighten up on a new engine.

yeh thats a point check the clearances

im sure one valve has to have a bigger clearance than another tho??? o_O

check for coke deposits too as this could restrict the intake part

if all the suggestions listed fails burn it and get a scootay... :pimp:

yeah exhaust gap is usually a slight bit more as its hotter. but on a gap as large as i suggested it won't matter.

This happend to my mx copy bike..
It will idle (rough) but as you rev it sounds like its choking but wont bog down and cut out it will just choke but will still hold the revs while popping and white smoke going everywhere

    I loved that bike!
