    I got a new shape typhoon engine now cases ported apperently and my pm is finally welded and fitted with my new hand sprayed wheel n lip i need todo the front 1 and put the white n carbon panels on!!!



    P.S DOES ANY ONE HAVE THE CLUTCH BELL WASHER THAT GOES ON BEFORE YOU PUT THE ENGINE CASING OFF I CANT FIND ONE ANYWHERE N I NEED IT!!!! PLS HELP!

    why? other than disk conversion the new shapes suffer with worn clutch support bearings.. the old shape they last longer but are a pain to replace. still rather do it once a few years than once every 6 months (not that people do, they just fuck gear p[lates and replace everything :confused:)

    Yo minor the engines been suffering from gearbox leakage for ages mate.. hence why we havnt used this engine for a very long time.. leaks gearbox fluid onto the shoes but i was thinking since its going disk would it still effect the braking?

    why ask me? nobody else will p[ost now.

    if its the pin its leaking from then yes it wil still work down to the disk... i its leaking it must be the pin or the output shaft oil seal... oil seal is an easy fix, pin (if going disc conversion) you can cut back/take out and fill the holes with aryldite or somthing similar.

    if ur talkin about the bracket when it was babyblue then its just a standard typhoon one cut down

    I NEED HELP

    My bore has compression but the crank doesnt spin in a 360 even though when i put the kit on it was perfectly fine .. now ivee gone in my garden and spun the crank from the variator and stops after it almost spins a whole 360! HELP! :confused: isit my bearings :confused:?

    Full engine rebuild with a ported 172 kit

    Slightly ported cases

    30ml Carb - Standard manifold lol

    Malossi Variator

    Malossi CLUTCH

    Blue springs

    Gilera stator gilera cdi

    Secondary Gear up

    pm59 - with rideorcollides damage :(

    Thats about it so far performancewise you can see the cosmetics comment n show some love had this bike for a very long time. <3
