tuning a geared 50cc

yh they are shit lol , i had a derbi senda last year which i brought a doppler exhaust for that went really well and the qaulity was great for what i paid

 

okay, i will give them a miss lol

 

Technigas arent too bad for geared bikes, but pretty shit for peds. Pedparts have started doing some yasuni ones i think.

Also, ebay has various ones

 

i have found a technigas enox on ebay which i might get, also they look better on this style of bike haha what size jet will i be needing? lol

 

Im not sure what the standard size is, you'll need to find out and incrase by about 8-12

if its an am6 minerelli, there is a restrictor in the reedblock and the inlet manifold is restricted i think you have to change the inlet bu im sure the reed block restrictor can just be taken out. the reed block one is very obvious when you see it!

 

what does this restrictor look like? my mates got an rs50 with an am6, and all i could see is the hole is fuckin miniscule and the carb isnt exactly large....

 

just had my bike fully de restricted, i changed the carb inlet both sprockets and the exhaust plus up jetted the carb... and it goes like stink haha
