Haha this is so true although it all garage and hardcore here with windows open and distortion of the techno all going thru mcds for a nanna milk shake. Anyhow when I get my rollers fitted I will let you know how it gets on

No, what I mean is what does the bike feel like after you've fitted the new parts. it should feel like a new bike in comparison, but let's see what happens and not pre-judge the outcome.

So I've took it for a quick blast and the response how the power is delivered now is so much better :) doesn't take a while to build up on revs now the power comes so much better nor fitted the jet on it but still bogged a little bit before it kicked in but not as bad :)

The new rollers will take a few miles to bed in before they work optimally. I'd get a replacement inlet manifold to replace the perished part and change the jet, so that you know the air leak is fully cured and that the jet allows for a slightly richer mixture and you should be there. Good work!

Just done the jet as not much else to do tonight haha. Done a quick bodge on the manifold used sent for now as a quick temperamental fix :) all in a a night well spent but going to take it out again with new jet on to see what difference its made :)

You need some duct tape or Gorilla tape to seal that air duct properly. Masking tape doesn't stick that well and once it gets wet, it will start to unravel. A decent waterproof tape designed for outdoor use is needed, or some hose to replace it.

I didn't use masking tape on my inlet I used a black sealant on it where it perished it goes like rubber. I actually forgot about my air hose until now need to get duct tape tomorrow for that. Being at work and worrying about getting my rollers fitted I had forgotten about that's a job for tomorrow :)
