    Just a thought

    Say if I see a topic with a shitty title

    Should i say something myself, like 'please change topic title'

    or should i leave it to the moderators to sort out themselves?

    lol cause im getting pissed off with it already ;)

    I moderate over at CSC and it fucks me right off when some prick just puts "have you seen one of these...." or "need help with...."

    It's a selfish cunt's trick to make people click on the topic. I've been known to delete whole threads when people won't change the title.

    I used to actually do that, i'd eventually spend 2 or 3 hours an eening editing titles rather than actually helping people with genuine problems, then what really takes the piss is when these people finally get the help they need, they ignore it and butcher their scooter with a blunt screwdriver anyway.

    jus mention it, no telling off as it were

    as for retitling threads, they will just make a new one then pm me askin why it was deleted anyway... as obviously they wont find it once its retitled... fact is if somone types somthing out, then its gone and they have a pm explaning why, they WILL title it properly next time (dont want to waste hours typing a topic for somone to delete it again do they)

    The topic title which pisses me off the most is just "Help".

    What? Are you ordering people to help you?

    Really really annoying when it's their first post as well. :rtfm:

    I comletely agree with you!
    Search facility is good to have but no point if ignorant ppl making it hard to identify the posts they need.
