    retail in the material alone for the var bits are 100+ then you got the machining (its a fuckin pain to machine) so not really cost effective tunning unless you happen to randomly get an offcut at work and have some downtime on a machine (lucky git shiny)

    like i said.. pulleys will be there for part ex or retail as soon as i sort a decent supplier for them... will leave shiny to decide a price as he knows how long they take.. variator bits are a simple case of if you have to ask you cant afford them.. the material alone is WELL expensive and WELL hard to machine.. easy 100 a go.. probably more. considdering what it is hardly cost effective weight loss for the avarage scooterist. might need to add roller weight to compensate, havent had chance to test it out wiht him as of yet. will see tho as the crimbo period is upon us and i have 16 days off so theres gonna be some playtime befor the new year
