there are 2 adjusters, one on the throttle twistgrip mechanism where the cable comes out and one on the top of the carb where it goes in.
ok thanks il adjust it when i get in frm work 2moro because i dont want to fuck the tension and that up for work 2moro. im debating going out on it tonight but dont know if it will get stuck and ill have shit out for getting to work in the morning
cool cool, sounds better i probably wouldnt test it tonight to be honest if your edgy, unless its a very well lit area and your brakes are top notch, it is very cold down here in sheep land too, ice is a bitch, i dunno what its like up there? try and test it flat out somewhere quiet for 10 - 20minutes and by then everything will be warm and you should see if the problem is still happening ^^ just relised, providing the top end is run in and things... forget youve had it rebuilt
mess with the tention? there should be FUCK ALL tention in the cable.. i think its probably from uyou ajusting it stiff and the cable starting to fray. loosen the ajuster off so you can move the cable sleeve slightly in the ajuster.. so a mm of free play basicly. if its still sticking with a new carb you need to renew all your cables.. is the oil cable still sitting in place as this will stop it returning
its still doing it a bit :rtfm: im going to get a new throttle cable on monday, is it just a standard cable i need? whats the oil cable minor?
