the tempremental starting ............. I think all vision owners know about that ! especially me lol, took 15 kicks to start mine the other day ! FIFTEEN! now shes broken

yeah visions are very temperamental, my 92 vision is the only vision ive had that didn't refuse to start, my 85 and my 88 are buggers to start cos of autochoke

 

gutted buddy, but i suppose thats the joys of owning a classic anything

 

The autochoke on the old visions and melody's is so shit

 

I know did buy some manual choke stuff and was going to mod my carb etc so I could have manual choke but wont work

 

Ask someone to make you a reserve tank
Or take a leaf out of this guys book

i thought i was weird until i came on here + one about the fuel thing, why not run premix and use the oil tank as a reserve tank with a switch sort of thing so if u ever run out, quick flip of that and itll get you to next petrol station, probably wont wanna run premix but just a idea
