And when i say engine i Mean Piston - Rings- THE WHOLE chamber, Gaskets, Piston Bar and Circlips, The LOT ?
Sounds like it might be flooding, loads of smoke coming out the exhaust when finally firing after kicking it for ages... Try resetting your mixture screw and cleaning your airbox as sometimes petrol can spit out the back of the carb into the airbox when it floods meaning the engine is just sucking in petrol vapor.
im not suprised it didnt start with a 28mm and 25/1 oil! put a normal sized carb onit, 17.5 or 19mm, run it 33:1 and jet it accordingly. get rid of the auto choke, theyre wank, put a normal one on. hook the battery up to another running bike and jump it. hold down the starter button until it works, mine took about 15 minutes continuous turning over when the head gasket went. then burn the fucker, my aerox is the worst thing ive ever worked on and has reduced my life expectancy by atleast 10 years
