Ahh right that helps, what is your hole spec ?? Also I'd just like to add, if a plug can be seen sparking, doesn't mean it can spark under compression.

25;1 is way too much oil, it will probably run alot better on 33;1 or maybe even 36;1- Stage6 recommended 33:1 for my sport pro mk2 so a corsa should need no more, infact it won't need as much.

That carb is too big too, especially with the stock airbox. Most decent mid-race kits will not need more than a 21mm carb, so the corsa would really be fine on a 17.5mm or a 19mm.

Thats how i brought the bike mate, the person I have brought it off is awful at mechanics just by all the rounded bolts scattered over the bike... But i will change the mix if you think it will make it run better

yeah mate definately needs less oil. I'd try and find a 19mm or 17.5mm carb though, will run so much nicer

Standard size is 12mm which is a too small but would probably still run smoother, and be easier to set up.

Have a look on pedparts, they do some decent 17.5's and 19's pretty cheap

If i was you i would change it all back to stock 50cc, A mate of mine has a highly tuned NRG Power DD with a 50cc kit and it does 84 MPH on a Sat Nav, so........... its not really about the engine cc its all about the gearing and torque. Alot of people say thats wrong and the engine will seize. NO because a 50cc And cdi will only work to a certain Speed and revs therefore it will not seize, he has had his bike for 3 years. Always ragging the shit out of it and not once has it broke

Your all forgetting the most crucial parts ! Get yourself a voltmeter and a workshop manual or find a video on youtube which will help you diagnose if any of your electrics are fucked. If your stator plate has burnt out or a faulty CDI or even the ht lead or cap. Seriously its not just about the engine etc. Every part of the electrics need to be checked. Even if the woodruff key inside the crankshaft bar is broken that will cut off the magnets to the stator and will not allow the bike to start. OR check your oil seals around the crank. They are only 2 and are around 5 pounds to replace but is abit tricky to fit them. If they have an air leak the bike will not start. Also they are placed behind the stator plate and one behind the variator. Make sure there is no leaks because if there is IT WILL NOT START. REMEMBER 70cc kits put alot more pressure on the crank and Seals. Honestly check them and replace them. with them only being around 5-6 pounds its worth it because they always break. after all there only rubber. Good luck

I give up now jonathan i have come to the end of my tether im just sending it to a garage... Im not too good with electrics and im just up to my neck in stress so i will just let them sort it i have been out all day trying with no luck the most i get it a slight grumble and thats it no real revs

Ok mate fair enouth, I cant remember what you said on the earlier posts, did you say you have replaced the engine ? cause if not then thats your problem, but if you have then yeah your electrics should be checked
