Jezus Scootmadness ! Get well soon.
GF came home last night sounding like a Harley. Removed her Yas 'R', removed silencer. Re-packed silencer with rockwool. Fitted my Yas 'R with a new gasket. Started scoot. Much more quiet now. Got to de-rust her 'R' and do the inside with shot and turps. But not today. That is definitely a rainy day job of filth.

I picked the Yasuni R exhaust today. As well as the exhaust itself, I scored a couple of Enki aftermarket reed blocks, some Enki carburettor manifold adapters and a bag of assorted sets of rollers. Once the exhaust has been cleaned up and painted with black high temperature paint, it's ready to bolt straight on, as it already has the correct bracket and silent blocks for the Speedfight 2/TKR 2. I'm very happy.

    @ Turbovetto

Just so I can be certain as to which model of Yasuni exhaust I've just bought, does yours have a homologation plate under it that says something like '1001 e9 4307'?

It does - but I'd have to check the number. If you want to knw if it's an 'R' - it's easy to tell. It has a spring-attached muffler. No spring ? It's a 'Z'.

The kid with that screwed up FXR180 just came in, his bike is running like a bag of shit, already. Apparently he had it "fixed" by the previous owner................it's backfiring like hell at all throttle positions, he's put a new pm360 pipe on it, and wants to know if i can put it right for him.
I sent him back to the previous owner..............again.
I've just got too much work on this weekend, haven't I................

No spring present, so it's a Yasuni Z. For what I basically stole it for, I'm not complaining, as I paid around a tenth of it's value. With the Enki manifold and reed block, it's looking like I need to track down a 17mm Dell'Orto carb for my TKR 2 now. If I fit these parts, then the original air box is out of the window.

don't know yet really, ive had rs125s so don't really want one again. ive had a KTM duke 125 and didn't like it. I have seen a nice Suzuki burgman 125 and a Suzuki dr125 at the Suzuki dealers though, wouldn't mind having two. burgman for a bit of commuting and the general running around and the dr125 for a bit of green laning but then im feeling a sportbike again, deffinately not a Honda though. the derbi gpr125 does intrigue me though.. I guess ill just have a look around and if nothing takes my fancy ill get the burgman and the dr125 or just get another r125, they are bloody good bikes when looked after.
