gym buddy's LMAO "gotta show these other blokes im looking after my body" are you seriously gonna go without ANY kind of indulgance for the rest of your life? if the answers no then by all means hit the gym, get big, but dont for a second think the results last forewver and please dont try and talk to me about "the best you can be" as all that nutriant shit/depression enducing health food is a waste of time. unless of course your trying to enter body building competitions (fag) or out to spend the rest of your life in the gym, going wihtout any kind of luxury just to end up looking like arnie (and btw he now cant be fucked ether) dont get me wrong, im all for fitness (well, kind of) and do have stints of heavy training, but i wont give up on the endulgances in life to look "really cut" or like those sado's on the cover of mens health. as i said, how long is it really gonna last?, and is all the goping wihtout really worth it? a few kebabs or a pint here or there will NOT affect how big you get.. just the fat that surrounds the muscle.. then again, i can eat like a pig and still not put a pound on. working out seems to be as big a fassion culture as actually getting stronger for any kind of reason. the whole lifestyle choice of eating only certian foods certian times of the day, taking allsorts of shit to "build up quicker" and so on.. its all a big joke the manufactors of these products laugh behind your back about. go have a fucking kebab if you want one

Im in the gym 4-5 days a week. it became an addiction tbh. only been training 3 years now. but ive put 3stone on naturally in that time. which has been hard cos im an ectomorph (naturally skinny and struggle to put weight on) but fuck it i'll have a kebab tonight kid :good: haha
im the same m8, skinny as fuck, but have a GREAT bmi....struggle putting weight on, even as muscle. all im saying is its easy to get carried away. especially wiht this kind of thing. how was your kebab btw? did it make you smile? was it better than white fish, steamed veg and some ganky milkshake? looool
